Who Would Buy This: Those shopping for an affordable foil shaver that provides a close, smooth shave without fuss. The included nose hair trimmer is a nice bonus.

Pros:

Aesthetically, this US made shaver is a bit cheap looking with its drab grey plastic body. Its build quality is average, just about in line with what we’d expect for a shaver at this end of the market. The long rubber side handle grips provide you a firm grasp of the shaver whether your hands are wet or dry.

Three removable shaving heads are included which give you the flexibility of getting a shave to match your skin sensitivity. The shaving heads included are Close shave, Super-close shave and Sensitive shave. The quality of the heads is excellent due to the dual flexible foil which adapts to the curves of your face.

The integrated pop-trimmer is great for maintaining your side burns or mustache. The trimmer head is nice and wide so it provides good coverage.

Dual operation allows you to use this shaver either corded or cordlessly via a battery. Initially, you need to charge the shaver for approximately 18 hours before using it.

Plenty of accessories are included with the package as standard. These include;

Not sleek and attractive. Substance over style is what Wahl intended with this model.

Trimmer performance is average. The positioning of the blades means it has a tendency to tug on your hair. Those requiring a high quality trimmer should bear this in mind.

The lack of a pivoting head means it requires great concentration from the user whilst shaving.
